Aromamagic is what I call the combination of the more modern science of aromatherapy with the ancient practice of Herbal Magic. These blends can be used in an oil vaporiser or used with a carrier oil as a body perfume. The quality of the essential oils affect the outcome, so always use the purest form affordable.
4 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Rosemary essential oil
1 drop Peppermint essential oil
The most important part of study is to relax, not enough to sleep, but enough so that tension and worry doesn’t interfere with the learning processes. The Lavender provides the relaxing atmosphere and helps calm the mind. Rosemary improves memory, making it easier to recall information. Peppermint will keep you alert and active, allowing you to sustain the study for longer before taking a break.
Fragrance can be a powerful tool for building associations, therefore the most effective way to use this blend is not just during study. Make sure you have the blend on every time you’re having a longer study session. When you go in for your exam, make sure you have some with you on a tissue or handkerchief. When you begin the exam, inhale the fragrance from the handkerchief before you begin and again every time you get a mental block. Because of the associations you’ve built during study time, the blend should be able to keep you relaxed and alert during the exam while also enabling you to recall the information with the same ease you absorbed it during study.
